I heard your music on the hold line when I called Andrew Wommack Ministries, what album is that? The album usually played on the hold line at Andrew Wommack Ministries is our second most recent release called “Simply Worship”. This album can be purchased through our music shop as both a physical CD and digital download. Shop here.

Can you tell me exactly what a “digital download” or “download album” is?

The terms “digital download” and “download album” mean that once you complete your purchase, you will receive links where you can download your purchase to your computer. From there you can use it how you would like. Some like to enjoy the music or charts from their computer, others load it onto their tablet, smart phone or MP3 player to use on the go, still others have burned the files to a CD to enjoy in their car. It’s up to you!

I didn’t receive any links to my download, what now?

Once you complete your purchase in PayPal, you should be redirected back to our site to a confirmation page where you should be able to download your purchases. You should also receive a confirmation email with a link to download your purchases. If neither of these systems occur, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can make sure you receive your downloads in a timely manner. Please note: There is usually a faster response time to email requests and contact form requests.

I’m trying to download my purchase to my phone or tablet, why isn’t it working?

At this time, our download system is only compatible with a desktop computer. In order to get your purchases on your phone or tablet, you must first download them to your computer, and then sync them to the device of your choice. To purchase and download straight to your mobile device please purchase the items from your music store (Apple iTunes or Android Play Music).

I do not have a PayPal account or I am not comfortable using PayPal, are there any other options for payment??

PayPal is a trusted and very secure form of payment which, after much research, we trust in as our main payment gateway. However you may also choose the following options:

Credit or Debit Card: Once you click the Donate button on the DONATE page, a PayPal window will open. Simply choose the option to pay with a credit card or debit card without a Paypal account, or call our office to place an order with your credit card.

Check or Money Order: Mail in your order with a check or M.O. made payable to Joyful Word.

Please note: We are unable to process orders for digital products over the phone or through the mail.

Do you have any songbooks available for purchase?

Yes! You may purchase digital versions of entire songbooks and/or individual charts for many of our albums through our music shop, to print out or save to your device. (At this time, print books are unavailable.) View a sample here and then Shop here.

Do you have any order fulfillment outside the US?

Yes! We ship worldwide. If you live in the UK or EU, we offer FREE shipping. Outside these areas, we offer shipping from our regional fulfillment centers, which will greatly reduce mailing costs versus shipping from the US.
